What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. Such as: active wear, a jogging suit or loose fitting apparel. For the range wear a shirt with a regular collar not a v-neck. This will eliminate a hot brass casing from finding its way down your shirt.

How do I apply for my CPL/CCW?
You can start here with the application. The actual form starts on pages 9 and 10. The first 8 pages are the information on the CPL law and qualifications, etc. It isn’t necessary to print out the instruction pages to submit the form. Only pages 9 and 10 are required. You are also required to supply two (2) passport quality photos with your application. Check with your county Clerks office.

When I renewed in 2014, in Genesee County, they had a digital camera and for $15 dollars they could take your photo and integrate it with your CPL card. I’ve seen other people’s CPL card and it came out much better than the scan of the photo that I brought with me. I would suggest paying the $15 and let them take the pic.
