What is Brick Street Safety Academy?

Brick Street Safety Academy is a family owned business with over 30-years of Law Enforcement experience that specializes in reality safety training, scenario/simulation education and situational awareness programs/workshops.

Our mission is to help inform, instruct and educate civilians to be aware, safe and responsible when it comes to their personal safety, understanding state/local self-protection or self-defense laws and legal rights.

Our priority is to make sure that all of our clients/students acquire proper training and education to help protect themselves from being attacked, assaulted, raped, trafficked, obtaining firearms related misdemeanors, fines, imprisonment, injuries or cause senseless deaths.

Here are a few of the services that we offer:

Reality Safety Training for: Businesses, Churches, Realtors, and Civilians.

We also offer Introduction to Firearms Safety Training, NRA Certified CPL (Concealed Pistol License) training, TASER training, Basic to Advance Self-Defense programs, Personal  Protection Devices and much more!! To see a list of our classes click here.

Last but not least, we also offer programs for the more experienced firearm owners looking to refine their skills or techniques.

BSSA Instructors are also certified to teach NRA Classes. Such as: Personal protection in the home, First Steps Pistol Orientation and Refuse to be a victim classes.

We are located in the great city of Burton, MI. However, our roots and the name of our business was born in the great “Vehicle City”- Flint, MI where the concept of bricks and street were adopted. Just take a look.
